6. AI and Matching
Matcha uses AI and machine learning to power matching, search, and insights. AI-generated outputs (including match reasons and summaries) are provided for informational purposes and may not always be accurate or complete. Do not rely on them as professional advice. We continuously improve our models; results may vary over time.
7. Payment Terms
If you use paid features, you agree to pay applicable fees. Billing cycles and pricing are disclosed at the point of purchase. We may change pricing with advance notice. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy at the time of purchase. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, for legal or regulatory reasons, or for operational necessity. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class actions.
